LG GM750 With Windows Mobile 6.5 OS
Vodafone and LG have joined together to release the LG GM750, a new Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone that should become available across Europe starting October 6th, 2009. The phone is actually an upgraded version of the LG GM730. The handset comes jam packed with a 3-inch touchscreen display with 480 x 800 pixels, Wi-Fi, 3G, Microsoft My Phone, Windows Live, a 5MP camera, and LG’s S-Class 3D UI.

AT&T has just introduced the Mural Flip from Nokia. It is actually a basic 3G handset that comes equipped with a 2-megapixel camera, a microSDHC memory card slot, and integrated messaging and social networking capabilities. The handset will be available at selected AT&T stores and online from September 6th onwards for $49.99 with a two-year service agreement and after a mail-in rebate.

Nokia has recently unveiled their upcoming music phone namely the X3. Running on Symbian S40, this slider phone offers a 2.2-inch QVGA screen with 240 x 320 resolution, a 3.2-megapixel camera with full focus and 4x zoom, a 46MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), dedicated music keys, stereo speakers, Bluetooth, a USB 2.0 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and supports direct access to Ovi store for downloading games, videos, podcasts, applications and much more. The Nokia X3 will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2009 for about $165.

Microsoft today confirmed the launch date for the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 or “Windows Phones”. The new software will be released on October 6th, 2009. Here is the official list of carriers and manufacturers around the world who will launch new smartphone using Windows Mobile 6.5 OS.
* In North America: Mobile operators AT&T, Bell Mobility, Sprint, TELUS and Verizon Wireless, and phone manufacturers HP, HTC Corp., LG Electronics, Samsung and Toshiba Corp.
* In Europe: Mobile operators Orange, Deutsche Telekom AG and Vodafone Group Plc, and phone manufacturers Acer, HTC, LG Electronics, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba.
* In Latin America: Mobile operator TIM Brazil, and phone manufacturers HTC, LG Electronics and Samsung
* In Asia Pacific: Mobile operators NTT DOCOMO Inc., SOFTBANK Mobile Corp., SK Telecom, Telstra and WILLCOM Inc., and phone manufacturers Acer Inc., HTC, LG Electronics, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba

The Dell Mini 3i is now available in China. This heavily-armored touch phone features a 3MP camera with a 3.5-inch 360 x 240 capacitive touch screen, a 3-megapixel camera and a microSD slot. As you can see in the picture above, the Dell Mini 3I is smaller than the iPhone.

French Android-fansite FrAndroid has managed to reveal the first exclusive picture of Samsung’s upcoming Android smartphone ‘Galaxy Lite i5700′. According to them, the handset will feature a trackball, WiFi, 3G+ (HSDPA), GPS, Bluetooth and come preloaded with Google services.
